Payment
We ask that you pay via Venmo or Paypal.
If paying via Venmo, please make sure that you put your settings on PRIVATE to protect your own privacy.
Note: Please put the date of the session you are intending to pay for in the note line.
Sessions must be paid for on the day of your appointment.
Insurance Reimbursements
While I do not bill insurance companies directly, I am happy to send you a super bill on a quarterly basis reflecting the amount that you have paid for therapy so that you may submit it to your insurance company and be reimbursed. If you need more than a quarterly invoice drawn (or monthly invoice upon request), I prorate your regular session fee for the time I spend generating your report.
General Service Cost
Session Fees must be paid in full by 11:59PM the evening BEFORE your appointment to avoid the Past Due Fee.
Your Appointment Deposit is INCLUDED in the fees listed below:
Initial Session (90 Minutes): $200
Individual Therapy Session (50 minutes): $175
+25 minute Time Extension (75 minutes):$225 total
Couples Therapy Session (50 minutes): $200
+25 minute Time Extension (75 minutes):$225 total
TREE Work Session (90 Minutes): $250
Full TREE Work Bundle (8x 90 Minute Sessions): $1800
Additional Fees
Past Due Fee: $25 added to total service fee
Late Fee (15 minutes or more): Full Session Fee Still Required
Rescheduling Fee (48 hours BEFORE scheduled appt): No Fee
Rescheduling Fee (WITHIN 48 hours scheduled appt): ADDITIONAL deposit fee for new time slot reservation.
No Show Fee: Forfeit of Deposit, Full Session Fee

Service Cost and Fee Information
Timeliness
Each session is held and reserved for you. We want to make the most of our time together and require you are present for your appointment time no later than 5 minutes.
If your therapist is more than 5 minutes late to your appointment without notice, you are entitled to rescheduling your appointment without an additional deposit fee.
Client Participation
Therapy requires us to work together. Without your participation, we are not able to work toward your goals. [[add more]]
Termination Policy
Clients reserve the right at any time to terminate services. Please note that fees still apply to any reserved time slots
Appointment Deposit
The purpose of the appointment deposit is to secure your desired time slot. Your deposit is due upon booking your appointment. When you complete your intake, we will email you an invoice according to the prices listed below.
We have calculated the deposit amount per service below for your convenience:
Initial Session (90 Minutes): $80
Individual Therapy Session (50 minutes): $53
+25 minute Time Extension (75 minutes):$68

Service Risks
Therapy requires a level of processing that may cause distress or fatigue (emotionally and/or physically). Unpleasant emotions, thoughts, trauma, and feelings may surface as a result of working through problems. Often times, clients may face the challenge of needing to confront these unpleasant responses and shape them into adaptive, healthy responses. Positive change takes time and there is no standard timeline for success or progress. Each client’s experience is unique and therapists are not able to provide an estimate of how many sessions it will take to accomplish your goal.
Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy
Appointment times are reserved for clients upon receiving the Appointment deposit. Cancellation Requests and Rescheduled appointments must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Any changes made to an appointment within 48 hours of the appointment will result in needing to pay another deposit fee in order to reserve a new time slot.
